Except… that’s not how it works.

Healing isn’t like ordering next-day delivery. You can’t prime your way out of emotional baggage. Real growth doesn’t come with a tracking number and guaranteed arrival time. Sorry, not sorry.

It’s also not linear. Some days you’ll feel like a radiant goddess floating on a cloud of self-awareness. Other days you’ll be the emotional equivalent of a crumpled crisp packet. Both are valid.
