Where to Find Advanced Psychic Development Classes in the UK

“Advanced” is one of those words that sounds impressive and means almost nothing.
Advanced compared to what? Advanced in technique? In ethics? In ego?
Before you start looking for advanced psychic development classes in the UK, it’s worth being honest about what you think you need.
Most people don’t need more complexity. They need refinement.
If you’re already comfortable with the basics of intuition, sensing energy, and giving information with reasonable clarity, advanced work usually means one of three things:
Deepening discernment
Strengthening evidence
Developing steadiness under pressure
It rarely means learning a brand-new trick.
In the UK, you’ve broadly got a few options.
Spiritualist churches still run development circles. Some are excellent. Some haven’t updated their language since 1993. You’ll need to visit a few and decide whether the standard of work matches what you’re looking for.
There are independent tutors offering advanced psychic or mediumship training. With these, do your homework. You should be able to see them demonstrate. Not just talk about demonstrating. Not just testimonials. Actual evidence of how they work.
If someone hasn’t demonstrated publicly in years, or can’t show you how they handle a live link, that’s information.
Online UK-based courses are another route. They can be useful, particularly if they include live practice and feedback rather than just pre-recorded theory. But “advanced” online shouldn’t mean isolating. If there’s no accountability or correction, you’ll likely just reinforce your existing habits.
Workshops and retreats are also worth considering if you’re looking to push beyond comfort zones. Being in the room changes things. It exposes where you wobble. That’s usually where growth happens.
One thing to watch for: advanced should not mean theatrical.
If a class is promising bigger experiences, dramatic activations, or rapid ascension to the next spiritual tier, you’re probably looking at marketing rather than development.
Real advanced work is often quieter. More precise. Less tolerant of vagueness.
It’s also more honest about mistakes.
You want teachers who are willing to say, “That doesn’t land. Try again.” Not ones who smooth everything into a polite almost.
And yes, you should like their energy. If you don’t feel aligned with how they speak, correct, or hold space, you won’t relax enough to stretch.
Advanced development requires being slightly uncomfortable. It doesn’t require being intimidated.
If you’re in the UK and looking to move beyond beginner work, start by asking:
Am I ready to be corrected? Am I willing to refine rather than expand? Do I want depth, or do I want novelty?
Your answers will narrow the search far more effectively than any Google result.
If you want a place to refine with feedback rather than just collect more information, I run The Mediumship Clinics and Elevate. Both are for people past the beginner stage who want steadiness and better discernment.
